Cancellation Policy

Please read these Cancellation Policy carefully before using our website.

1. Free Cancellation

Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it without any cancellation charges. The full amount will be refunded if the cancellation request is approved within this time.

2.Partial Refund

If a cancellation request is made after 24 hours but before the order is dispatched, a partial refund may be issued after deducting applicable processing or handling charges.

3. No Refund After Dispatch

Once the order has been dispatched or shipped, cancellations will not be accepted. Refunds will only be considered in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect products as per the store’s return policy

4. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are usually processed within 5–7 business days and credited back to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider.
